New Beginnings

Our new shop, Camp and Cottage Used Furniture opened this morning. We have had browsers, but not any sales. We are expecting this to take awhile to catch on, so we are not deterred. I served fresh lemonade, and petite cupcakes. It is very exciting. Now we are exploring the possibility of a booth in an antique mall. HMM.

I decided to temporarily close my Etsy shop. It was looking old and tired. I have a new banner, and a new name. It is The Paris Market. I bought my banner from Dale at Sea Dreams Studio, and I can only say it is just so perfect. Thank you Dale!

Wishing you a happy Independence Day...Cook-outs, fireworks, family and fun are the order of the day. Enjoy! And, yes, it is still raining here. Hugs, Kathleen

Oh God it opened today!! Hooray...hip hip....hooray!! You very lucky girl you. I will pray for sales for you! Have fun with it. Now....the auctions will take on a new meaning for you Kathleen! We had sun today...seriously...I am NOT kidding and it was really kind of strange. I think I forgot what it looked like. This big burst of light came streaming in the windows and I thought it may have been an alien arriving on our front lawn? I hope it comes to Millinocket soon. Happy 4th my friend!
